A Little History…

Dave Being Cool

As a touring musician/songwriter, I performed throughout much of the Mid-West and Eastern U. S. and opened shows for major recording artists including: The Doors, Lou Reed, REO Speedwagon, Cheap Trick, Foghat, The Edgar Winter Group, Mother´s Finest, Joe Walsh (The James Gang), The Turtles (Flo & Eddie), and Sly Stone.

In 1993, I co-founded Synergy Studio, located in the same building where icons Jimi Hendricks, Peabo Bryson, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Paul Davis and The Atlanta Rhythm Section, to name a few, have recorded. At Synergy I engineered a two day session for LITTLE RICHARD and AKON recorded some of his first songs there. Then in 1998, I signed on with ATM Records and American Music as Chief Engineer/Producer, working mainly in the Hip Hop and R&B genres.
